Bay Area Mustang Association
The Bay Area Mustang Association was formed in September 1984 by and for Ford Mustang automobile enthusiasts and their families. They welcome all owners of Mustangs, Shelbys, Saleens, Cobras, modified, original, or the daily driver.
Bay Area Mustang Association is a non-profit organization. They schedule events such as local tours, detailing and technical seminars, displays, shows, picnics and poker runs. They are always open to new ideas. The membership is encouraged to put your ideas forward for consideration at the meetings and events.
Over 30 Bay Area mustang Association members converged upon Ledson Winery in Kenwood, CA for their King of the Castle Father's day event and Mustang display. The Company was joined by 3 other Mustang Clubs Sonoma Mustang Club, Sierra Mustang Club and Sacramento Mustang Club in what turned out to be a fantastic day. Between the 4 clubs, they had 23 Mustangs and 1 pedal car. The setting of Ledson Winery was very majestic with all of the classic automotive equestrian specimens lined up around the surrounding gardens and there was plenty of wine, food, music and friends, new and old, to go around.
All of the BAMA crew that attended had a rip-roaring time and much thanks to Linda for coordinating the event with Ledson Winery and the other Mustang clubs. Also thanks to Chuck for performing his McGyver magic with some scotch tape. This cured the problem on the Neufelds car and they were able to make it home safely.
The month of March, marks the one year anniversary of their membership in the Bay Area Mustang Association. It was in the dead of winter when the wife and they had their 1966 Mustang shipped to the Bay Area from Chicago. The Company is newcomer to California and they greatly enjoy the mild NORCAL weather.
There is no more confidence than the one you get when you know that you can count on somebody. This is true at any level and especially important in regard to technical and practical support. Many automobile associations in the United States provide drivers with support and help to face common and more difficult situations in an easy way.
