BMW CCA Foundation
In March 2002, the BMW Car Club of America, an organization of over 70,000 members, formed the non-profit, tax-exempt charitable BMW CCA Foundation, Inc., to provide benefits to the motoring public community and owners of BMW automobiles. Its charter under Section 501c allows the Foundation to establish programs to benefit and profit the public in general, and BMW owners specifically. The vision of the Foundation is to be a significant repository of BMW information and to foster educational programs for the automotive community. Seven Trustees with limited time terms govern the BMW CCA Foundation. Additionally, three Honorary Trustees and the BMW CCA Executive Director attend Trustee’s Meetings to provide insight into Foundation issues.
