Thunderbird & Cougar Club of America announced the decision to stick with the Super Coupes SC only. This left all of the NA 3.8L, 5.0L and 4.6L owners out there with no real place to find information on their cars. There were also many SC owners who were looking for more than their present club could offer them.
As a company member you are entitled to some great discounts and specials from various performance parts suppliers and manufactures. These discounts to date are 20 percent plus discounts from Joe Cooper Ford, the company performance anti sway bars exclusive big bar sets, 200.00 dollars discount on the Allen Engineering 4.6 shoc super charger kit, 15 percent discount on Kenny Brown's manufactured MN12 performance suspension components, 20 percent discount from Extrude Hone, 10 percent full line discounts plus the company exclusive brake upgrade kits from KVR Performance plus many more are in the negotiating stages.
The Company is dedicated first and foremost to providing its members the best, most comprehensive source of information on the 83 to 97 Thunderbird or Cougars and 84 to 98 Lincoln Mark VIIs or VIIIs. They will strive to cover all aspects of ownership of these fine automobiles from simple maintenance to overhauls, performance modes from air filter to exhaust tips and from street racing to autocross to drag racing. Thunderbird & Cougar Club of America is sponsoring various events and gives always throughout the year.
Insurance can cover some or all of the following items like the insured party, the insured vehicle or the third parties. Different policies specify the circumstances under which each item is covered. For example, a vehicle can be insured against theft, fire damage or accident damage independently.
