Lincoln LS Owners Club, LLSOC is an independent organization not affiliated with Lincoln or Ford. LLSOC becomes the Lincoln Luxury Sport Owners Club. A new management team consisting of Ray Sundland, Lou Senko, Joe Milano, Art Greenberg, and Chris Gorman will take over the daily running of the club from retiring club president and founder, Brian Growing. Ray, Lou, Joe, Art and Chris have all been long time members of the old LLSOC and are excited about taking over the club and aligning it with the needs and wants of the membership. The club has a new business address in New Jersey.
The Lincoln brand is the best-scoring brand in the annual J.D. Power Customer Service Index just released. The brand got its second record setting score in a row, with 915 points out of 1000 putting it atop other luxury brands like Lexus, Mercedes and BMW. The CSI study attempts to measure how satisfied customers are with the treatment they receive at the dealer service center and is judged in six categories service initiation, service advisor, in dealership experience, service delivery, service quality and user-friendly service.
